Microsoft ensures that these fixes should arrive via Windows Update for most users. It remains to be checked manually, because automation does not always work as planned. The company also explicitly advised against any manual installation of 24H2 via the installation assistant or the media creation tool as long as the problem persisted.

Once the good driver is installed, the system automatically lifts the restriction. Finally, theoretically. Microsoft warns that it is sometimes necessary to wait until forty-eight hours before Windows 11 24h2 became accessible. If nothing moves this time, it is probably that no compatible pilot exists for the specific hardware configuration of the device. In this case, head to the computer manufacturer to get help.
