On June 2, 2025 marks a key step for HP which will offer HP WorkForce Experience Platform, or WXP: this new solution intends to revolutionize IT services of all businesses and meet the challenges of an increasingly hybrid working environment. More than a supervision tool, WXP presents itself as a unified, proactive and user platform, capable of piloting the entire IT park, from the PC to the meeting room. And it changes a lot.

With the launch of WXP, HP wants to change the user digital experience approach

“Today, employees of a company use many tools without global coherence. With WXP, we refentralize all the services in a single integrated environment, ”explains Vincent Thura, product manager at HP. This intelligent platform not only monitors positions and reducing IT incidents, but also improving security, user experience and productivity, thanks to artificial intelligence and predictive analysis.

Prevent IT problems to heal better

Thought to adapt to environments in which a multitude of different brand services and software, WXP ensures to unify the whole, even with non -HP equipment and solutions. “The world is hybrid, fragmented. Our mission is to help the CIOs to orchestrate this ecosystem, whatever it is, ”says Vincent Thura. Thanks to a formidable use of artificial intelligence, but also an analysis carried out by certain agents, Wxp Collection of precious data to act even before the user reports a problem.

The AI makes it possible to detect certain essential signals (such as a defective battery, the recurrent crash of a computer or an update missing from specific software, for example) and to intervene proactively. In other words, this helps to disgorge the work of the IT which can be very substantial when employees hesitate to report all the problems they encounter. “By crossing all these sources, administrators are allowed to anticipate problems, rather than reacting a posteriori. This approach deeply changes the perception of employees on an IT service. They say to themselves: “Here, my service IT is able to identify a problem and come and help me, even before I reported it.” As IT problems are much better managed and resolved, the overall efficiency of a company is then maximized.

Naturally increased efficiency

By the way, even if WXP has not been designed exclusively for ecological optimization, it can be integrated into digital sobriety strategies, ensuring precise energy monitoring and integrating reconditioned equipment. Far from being a simple software tool, WXP can then support the other services offered by the company as MDS (Managed Device Services) or MPS (Managed Print Services). HP supports each company in personalized deployment, technical assistance, but also change management, an aspect often overlooked but essential for the success of IT projects. “Our approach is based above all on listening to the customer. Each project starts with a clear understanding of its situation: where is it, what are its priorities, what are its brakes, its concerns? It is not just a question of demonstrating the technical qualities of a product, but of providing a concrete response to real issues, ”explains Vincent.

Note also that security is one of the WXP bases. Hosted in Europe via AWS Germany, the data processed by WXP meet all the standards in force. With an ambitious roadmap until 2026 at first, HP plans to further expand the capabilities of WXP in order to include all the devices used by employees
(Docking, screens, etc.). The platform thus embodies a new era in IT management, proactive, unified and centered on humans, which each company can also try at first, before going to the upper step.
