Since the evening of June 26, the operator Orange has confirmed a technical problem leading to slowdowns on its mobile network.

Wednesday, June 26, 2025, around 8 p.m., a wave of reports emerged on social networks and follow -up platforms like DowndeTector. Customers ofOrange and its subsidiary Sosh Report mobile network losses, calls that are impossible to make, SMS not received and failing 4G/5G connections.

Orange recognizes a technical problem with the origin of slowdowns on the mobile network

On X (formerly Twitter), Orange published the only official message on this subject at 10 p.m.

No other technical clarification has been provided. The operator does not provide the origin of the dysfunction, no resolution estimate, or official geographic extent. He also does not speak of a national magnitude incident, even if the report of reports shows a homogeneous distribution over almost all of the metropolitan territory.

At this hour, Orange recommends that its customers activate Wi -Fi calls If they have the possibility, and to use domestic networks to connect to the Internet. No commercial gesture has been announced.
