A well-adjusted bicycle shoe should be quite tight, well adjusted to the heel without exerting pressure on the coat. The shoe must offer a little space to the toes at the end without restricting the movement of the toes.

Fill wet/wet shoes with newspaper to absorb moisture and help keep their shape.
Dry in a well -ventilated place at room temperature
Tongue perforations can be cut to open the upper edge, to promote more comfortable adjustment
